He is survived by: his sons, Mike Madsen (Lisa) of Bismarck, ND and Kevin Madsen of Cresco, IA; his grandchildren, James Madsen (Lacey), Chris Madsen (Natt), Matthew Madsen, Amanda Jackson (John) and Ashley Anderson (Sam); his great grandchildren, Messina, Lydia, Edith and Ruby; and his siblings, Roberta Donorovich, Colleen Moden (Gary), Carolyn Cleveringa (Del), Michaela Dodson and Jon Madsen (Irene).
