He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Whitey" Racicky and Marcil "Tootie" Racicky; and his sister Carolyn Fairchild. He is survived by: his wife Joan Tines Reichert; his son DeLynn Willis Monte (Jim Stratman); his grandchildren, Marissa Duprel (Jake), Lacey Dickschat (Emmit), Radley Reichert, Sadie Tisdale (Jackson), Jordan Siefers (Kyle) and Cassidy Wientjes (Reese); his great grandchildren, Abby, Taylee, Kaydee Duprel, Addie, Hayes Dickschat, Carter, Noah Tisdale and Wilder Wientjes; his sisters, Ann Vaughn (Fred), Ruby Whitsitt (Steve) and Joanie Jacobs (Jake); his brother-in-law Lowell Fairchild; and also, Marlene Swanson and Steve Swanson (Laurie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
