He is survived by: his wife Tammy Bills; his children, Keoni Bills, Wyatt Bills and Riley Walker; his grandchild Lacey; his children, Skye Walker and Tyler Walker; his grandchildren, Angela Walker, Trevin Walker and Cohen Walker; his siblings, Russell Bills, LaVern Bills, Karen and Katie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew Whelan, Harper Whelan and Lillian Whelan; and also Hilary Whelan.

Roger was preceded in death by his daughter, Sami Jo; mother, Betty Bills; and father, George Bills, In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the New Underwood Sami Jo Memorial Pool for any donations.
