He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dustin Bartnick, Michael Bartnick, Lindsey Kreuser, Brittney Rohwer, Natasha Brandenburger and Zachary Brandenburger; his children, Sheree Bartnick (Neil) of Lidgerwood, ND, Dale Ellingson (Patty) of Eden Prairie, MN and Karla Brandenburger (Nathan) of Hoover, AL; and his siblings, Shirley DeFea of Milbank, SD and Warren Ellingson of Ridgecrest, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
