It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julian Boucher of New Effington, South Dakota, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dean Boucher; his grandparents, Mike, Dorothy Boucher, Gordon and Cecelia Kitto; his uncle Gordon Kitto; his aunt Madeline Cecelia Kitto; his brother-in-law Wade Newborn; his cousins, Cissy, Alan and Jeff Kitto; his nephew Valentino Robinson; his grandson Dallas Boucher III; and his great grandchild Náást.
He is survived by: his mother Imogene Kitto of New Effington, SD; his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Anthony, Chaska, Kateri, Adrian, Desiree, Randi Lynn, Kristopher, Brianna and Blue Horse; his siblings, Randy Boucher, Madelyne Newborn, Dallas Boucher and Benjamin Boucher; his grandchildren, Michelle Boucher-Robinson and Enrique Pagan; his great grandchildren, Sammi, Alicia, Chaska, Shelby, Riley and Anthony Guerra; and also, Adalyn, Kinslie, Jesse, Brooklyn, Kaide Guerra, Chaska Boucher, Kateri, Louis Gangone, Cecilia, Gabe, Shariah, Adrian, Latasha Boucher, Trey, Bella, Jazmen, Adriana, Lyfe, Desiree Boucher, Aaron Pond, Anthony, Emory, Randi Lynn, Joe Giago, Monica, Wicahpi Ti Ikceya Win, Ske Luta Win, Pejuta Ota Win, Kristopher Boucher, Felix, Layla, Silas, Brianna Boucher, Amari, King, Carmen, Charles Boucher, Hoss Boucher and Tuff.
