It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Nielsen of Murdo, South Dakota, born in Kadoka, South Dakota, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Daryl Kerns (Pete); her brothers, Steve, Mike and Kim (Lori); and her brother-in-law Jim McNeely.

She is survived by: her mother Linda Kerns of Murdo; her son Clayton Evans (Becky) of Scotland; her grandson Daxton; and her siblings, Brenda Polk (Kerns) of Hunstville, Michele McNeely of Murdo, Connie Kralicek (Kelly) of Dickenson, Bart Kerns of Murdo and John Kerns (Carrie) of Mesa, Arizona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
