He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Herbaugh and Mary Ellen Herbaugh; his brothers, Gary, Roger and Keith Herbaugh; and his brother-in-law Bill Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loren Herbaugh of Vivian and Starla Brown of Kadoka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
