She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee O'Hern; her children, Cindy, Jerry, Cynthia O'Hern of Murdo and Gerald O'Hern of Murdo; her grandsons, Kurt Johnson, Travis Johnson, Jared Johnson, Chad Johnson, Shawn O'Hern and Casey O'Hern; and her great grandchild Kameren Johnson.
