It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey McGhee Jr. of Mount Vernon, South Dakota, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Wayne (Flukey) and Mary; his uncles, Ryan, Jason and Dave; his aunt Sonja; and his cousins, Kalup and Taylor.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeff McGhee Sr. of Ft. Thompson and Roberta "Bobbi" McManus of Mitchell; his fiancée Santina Ossola; his children, Jeffrey McGhee, Ryan McGhee and Derby McGhee; his siblings, Maci Gauthier (Nick) of Mt. Vernon, Jarad McGhee of Mitchell and Saydi McGhee of Mitchell; his grandmother Cheryl McManus of Mitchell; his nephew Theodore Gauthier; and his aunts and uncles, Mike, Josh, Kyle, Kirby, Kevin, Kelly, Kristy, Tami, Tina and Nancy.
