He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo O'Donnell and Julia O'Donnell; and his siblings, James, Leo (Hans), Robert, Louis (Bud) and Kathryn.

He is survived by: his sisters, Grace Tomac and Leola Buche. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
