He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schoenwald and Cora Mae Schoenwald (Miller); his brother Tyrone (Darnell); and his brother-in-law Craig Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Karlene Thietje; his sons, Heath (Juany) of Marion and Bo of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Dylan, Andrew, Kaylee, Amanda Jaimes and Ashton Schoenwald; and his siblings, Pam Luke of Marion, Cindy Kaufmann (Al) of Howard, Karen Schoenwald of Canton, Jill Jensen of Hurley and Jay Schoenwald (Arlyn Kruger) of Canton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
