He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Wieman and Minnie Wieman (Ackerman); his brothers, Francis and Hilbertus (Goldie); his son-in-law Bill Konda (William); and his nephew Norman Wieman.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn L. Griebel; his children, Trudy Konda of Marion, SD and Curtis Wieman of Yankton, SD.; his grandchildren, Nikki Hardin (Tracy) of Harrisburg, SD, Chris Wieman (Marlee), Shelly Wieman (Mike), Angela Bjordahl (Erik), Troy Konda (Jenni) and Brooke Wipf (Chris); and his sister-in-law Gladys Wieman. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
