He is survived by: his mother Alberta Kleinsasser (Drost); his children, Justin Kleinsasser of Hartford and Teresa Johnson (Josh); his grandchildren, Braxten, Oakley, Aleigha, Kinsley, Easton and Charlie; his fiancée Cheryl Hill; his brother Tim Kleinsasser of Tyndal, SD; his nieces and nephews, Jaydan Kleinsasser and Jessica Willey (Steve); and his uncle Jerome.
