He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Manuel and Flora Alcala; his mother Elizabeth Luis; his brother Steven Luis; his aunt Rosann Garza; his cousin Barbara Garza; and his parents-in-law, Clayton and Betty Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Kristina of Milwaukee, WI; his father Manuel Luis; his siblings, Manuel Jr., Michael, Paul and Julie Nanez; and his aunt Chris Gomez.
