He is survived by: his wife Barb Cotman of Mobridge; his children, Lynn Marie Zerr of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, Robert Scott Zerr (Kathy) of Aberdeen and Daniel Raymond Zerr (Maureen); and his brother Donnie Zerr of Watertown.
