She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rose and Maxine Rose (Joy); and her uncles, Robert Rose, Harold Rose and Bud McGraw.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Dick" Nusom; her brothers, Jerry Rose (Renee) and Jay Rose (Lisa); her sister-in-law Dawn Starr; and her niece Daniella Varella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews.
A memorial has been established to the Sturgis Animal Shelter.
