He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frazier and Sylvia Frazier (Larson); and his siblings, Wayne "Jeff", Joan Frazier and Marilyn Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Werlinger; his children, LeeAnn Skeie (Doug), Nancy Frazier, Beth Hollenbeck (Kim) and Jason Frazier; his grandchildren, Dustin Hollenbeck, Paige Karow, Jared Hollenbeck, Sarah Skeie and Michael Skeie; and his nephews, Arlen and Ray James. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
