He is survived by: his wife Virginia Gunther; his daughters, Tami Steiner (Allen) of Dickinson, ND and Rhonda Maas (Mike Merkel) of Mandan, ND; his grandsons, Jeff Holzwarth (Noel), Aric Steiner and Devin Steiner; his great grandchildren, Ashlynd, Jovi and Landon; his sister Meta Rau; and his stepchildren, Jean Martin (Tom) of Colorado, Carol Bass (Jim) of Wyoming, Deb Hawkins (Lou) of New Jersey, Brenda Heidecker (Wayne) of North Dakota, Duane Gunther of Mobridge and Rhonda Larson (Gale) of Mobridge.
