He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lutz and Millie Lutz (Holzwarth); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Joan Hintz. He is survived by: his wife Deb Hintz of Mobridge; his children, Nathan Lutz (Kari) of Harrisburg and Carrie Getz (Tyler) of Mobridge; his grandchildren, Kennedy Hohle, Addison Lutz, Jameson Lutz, Parker Getz and Brynlee Getz; and his siblings, Lyle Lutz (Judy) of Mobridge, Merle Lutz (Linda) of Mobridge, Inez Grismer (Ben) of Aberdeen, Darlis Smith (Charlie) of California, Neal Lutz (Pam) of Piedmont, SD and Monica Rubens (Cliff) of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
