It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belinda Kay Holzer of Mobridge, South Dakota, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Emily; her mother-in-law Rose Holzer; and her brother-in-law Mikel Holland. She is survived by: her parents, Leon Voegele and Delores Voegele; her husband David Holzer; her son Tucker; her brothers, Greg Voegele, Shannon Voegele (Sarah) and Jason Voegele (Kim); her father-in-law Leo Holzer; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Holzer (Bernadette), Doug Holzer (Char), Mark Holzer (Dena) and Debbie Holland.
