She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Sandmeier (Voegele) and Joseph Sandmeier; her former husband Victor Herbert Stadel; and her sister Edna Huft. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Lafferty; her son Aaron Stadel (Grace); her sister Emma Olson; and her grandchildren, Nathan and Michelle Stadel.
