Violet Batterman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2022, at the age of 89, Violet Batterman of Mitchell, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baumiller and Emma Baumiller (Fuerst); her stepmother Adeline Streyle; her sister Delphine Juhnke; her daughter-in-law Jackie Batterman; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Juhnke.
She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Terry Batterman (Linette), Scott Batterman and Brenda Mayer (Gary); her grandchildren, Dustin Batterman (Tori), Nicholas Batterman (Julie), Aaron Mayer, Ashley Batterman (Sean), Mindi Smith (Rocky) and Heather Alcanter (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Berkley, Jack, Mollie, Olivia, Charley, Adrian, Madilyn and Maya.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to Salem Lutheran Church.
