He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Oxley. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hooper; his children, Sabrina Hinton (Jason) of League City, TX and Cassey Ver Hey (Jesse) of Mitchell, SD; his grandchildren, Maci, Ava, Brooke and Cooper; and his brother Arthur Dean Behne of Guymon, OK.
