She is survived by: her husband Ernest Mathis; her children, William Mathis (Lisa) of Letcher, SD, Robert Mathis of Sioux Falls, SD, Elaine Sorenson (Randy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Linda Powell of Sioux Falls, SD.; and her grandchildren, Andrea Fuhrer (Nate), Cami Mathis (Tate Eining), Kyle Mathis (Abby), Nolan Mathis (Joni), Cathy Mathis (Dan Overby), Christie Lueth (Brad), Michael Sorenson, Mark Sorenson (Kiley) and Alan Powell (Caitlin).
