He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Brady; his children, Chris Schaefer (Jamie) of Yankton, SD, Jonathon Schaefer of Mitchell, SD, Samantha Schaefer of Mitchell, SD and Kimberly Schaefer of Mitchell, SD; and his grandchildren, William, Andrea, Maggie, Christian and Lydia.
