He was predeceased by: his parents, Magnus Loon (Mac) and Violet Stahl Loon; his parents-in-law, Edwin and Anne Jasmann; his sister Lois Topping; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Barrett, Charles Barrett, Arthur Brown and Robert Topping.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Loon; his children, Deborah Loon Stumbras (Jon) and Douglas Loon (Jenifer); his grandchildren, Erica Loon (Michael Jacobs), Rachel Loon, Colin Stumbras (Taylor Stevens-Reece), Anna Stumbras (James Adams) and Claire Jackson Stumbras (Greg Jackson Stumbras); his great grandchild Nelson Stumbras; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Brown, Susan Booth (Rick) and Donald Jasmann (Janet).
