With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Koepke of Mitchell, South Dakota, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Koepke and Norma Koepke (King). He is survived by: his wife Carol Desmet; his children, Jeff Koepke (Laura), Janene Wingert (David) and Susan Thompson; and his grandchildren, Grady Wirth (Erica), Spencer Wirth, Robert Koepke, Russell Koepke, Shauna Brown (John), Kyle Koepke, Taylor Dorris (Brandon), Lexi Thompson, Cooper Thompson, Jamie Novotny (Zac) and Amber Heubrock (John). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorials be sent to Avera Hospice and the Salvation Army.
