He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Ethel Johnson (McDonald); his son Mike; his grandsons, Blake Johnson and Chris Neuheisel; his sister Marilyn Hines; his brother-in-law Roger Hines; his niece Janet Wilson; and his nephew David Hines.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Jones); his children, Kenneth (Jill Brown) of Mitchell and Tanya Boehmer (Glen) of Dakota Dunes, SD; his daughter-in-law Jolene Johnson of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Jesse, Jenilee, Elizabeth, Grant, Zachary, Dillon, Jared and Sara; his sister Betty; and his pet Lady Bug. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
