He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Buchele and Freida Buchele (Brockhoft); his wife Betty Scheid; and his siblings, Lauren and Lois Koester.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Burdick (Wes) and Karla Ryan (Ralph); his grandchildren, Bob, Destiny and Jacy; his great grandchildren, Adrian, Carter, Barry and MaeLyn; his brother Arden; and his sister-in-law Mary Jean Baye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
