He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Lorraine Croucher; his siblings, Hazel Larsen (Olvin), Mabel Louella, Doris Woodward (Kenneth), Shirley Fieblecorn, Howard, Clifford, Clarence (Delores), Melvin and Dale Harold (Ruth); and his girlfriend's son Jerry Oswald.
He is survived by: his parents, Henry Amdahl and Bessie Amdahl (Nelson); and also, Sharon, Darrell, Guy and Brad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
