He is survived by: his wife Suzan Mentele (Lawrence); his son Tim Mentele (Anna); his granddaughter Amelia of Sioux Falls; his son Andy Mentele (Kyra); his grandchildren, Luke, Brady and Natalie of Mitchell; and his siblings, Jeanne Ledbetter of Plano, TX, Dixie Rivers of Box Elder, SD, E. Steve Mentele of Rapid City and Laura Mentele of Novato, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
