It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Rex Winter of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on May 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Sherman; and his brothers, Emery, Delbert, Elmer, Albert, Harvey and Vernon.

He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Lou Winter (Christopher Krebs); and his grandson Zachary Honomichl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
