He was predeceased by: his father Bill Bates. He is survived by: his wife Joann; his son Jesse Milk III (Brittany); his grandchildren, Jesse Milk IV, Zeke Milk, Summer Eske-Dillerd and Joseph Eske; his mother Joy Mommer (Mommer); and his sister Jody Jamison.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Congregational Church (301 E 4th Ave, Mitchell, SD 57301). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
