She is survived by: her children, Jerry Puetz (Nancy), James Puetz (Bonnie) and Donald Puetz (Sherry); her brother Dale Weber; and her grandchildren, Steven Puetz (Jennifer), Jennifer Larson (Jim), Brandon Puetz (Brenda), Jenny Letcher, Kimberly Heidinger, Angela Puetz, Brian Puetz, Stephanie Russell and William Russell. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
