She was predeceased by: her husband Garvin Bertsch; and her siblings, Emery, Donald, Alfred and Victoria Henry.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Cathy) of Sturgis, SD and Mary Kieff (Ed) of Sioux Falls; and her brother Frank (Cheri) of Fullerton, CA.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
