With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Vetter of Mitchell, South Dakota, born in Woonsocket, South Dakota, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Vetter and Helen Vetter (Larson); his son Paul; his sister Rita Linn; his siblings-in-law, John Linn, Earl Bihlmeyer and Nancy Vetter; and his nephew Tony Hintgen.
He is survived by: his former wife Deanna Taft of Mitchell; his wife Brenda Mancarti; his sons, Rob and Nate; his grandsons, Luke, Aaron, Alex and Nick; his great grandchild Frances; and his siblings, Ramona Bihlmeyer of Slidel, LA, Kathleen Hintgen (Larry) of Yankton, Mike Vetter of Sioux Falls, Terri Kief (George) of Scottsdale, AZ and Mary Cotton (Ken) of Wagner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
