He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Thill and LaVonne Thill (Schuster); his sister Sharon Neugebauer; his grandparents, Nick, Lena Thill, Matt and Nora Schuster; his siblings-in-law, Gene Neugebauer and Claudia Thill; and his parents-in-law, Mark Long and Marie Long.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Long of Mitchell; his children, David (Sue) of Mitchell, Kevin of Mitchell, Todd (Alisa) of Mitchell, Shane (Deb) of Mitchell, Troy (Kelli) of Mitchell and Michele Thill of Mitchell; and his siblings, Marvin Thill, Diane Neugebauer (William), Marilyn Hills (Brad), Dennis Thill (Peggy) and Barbara McFarland (Jim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren.
