It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Neugebauer (Mitchell, South Dakota), born in Parkston, South Dakota, who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Clara Neugebauer, Renatus and Johanna Doering; his parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Ellen Bassett; and his niece Ashley Moe.
He is survived by: his parents, Vernon Neugebauer and LaVerna Neugebauer (Doering); his wife Christine Neugebauer; his siblings, Bryan Neugebauer (Carmen), Terry Neugebauer (Linda), LeAnn Moe (David), Alexandria and Tracy Neugebauer (Charlene); his siblings-in-law, Brett Bassett, Deborah Shannon (Michael), Pamela Armentor, Tim Bassett (Tammy) and Toni Weber (Chad); and also Gladys Bassett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
