He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fuchs and Marcella Fuchs (Kulhavy); his parents-in-law, Edgar and Evelyn Goehring; and his brother-in-law Paul Stach.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Goehring; his children, John Fuchs of Parkston and Phyllis Mach (Tracy) of Tyndall; his grandchildren, Kelsey Stainbrook (Jesse) of Tyndall, Brody Fuchs of Tyndall, Kolby Mach (Halee) of Tyndall and Shelby Mach of Tyndall; his great grandchildren, Miles Stainbrook and Asher Schrader; his sister Joyce Schaecher of Avon; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Stach of Sioux Falls, Gaylord Goehring (Gail) of Mitchell and Merlin Goehring (Barb) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
