With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Kenton of Mitchell, South Dakota, born in Platte, South Dakota, who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Barnhart and Genevieve Barnhart; her husband Dick Kenton; her granddaughter Hannah Weber; and her siblings, Jan Giese, Dick, Don and Bob Barnhart.
She is survived by: her grandson Ryan Kenton; her children, Joe Kenton (Mary Beth) of Arvada, CO, Dan Kenton of Mitchell, SD, Jerry Kenton of Mitchell, SD, Mary Tilberg (Scott) of Ethan, SD, Genevieve Weber (Rick) of Alexandria, SD, Ron Kenton (Michelle) of Fredricksburg, VA and Zach Kenton (Beth) of Madison, SD; and her siblings-in-law, Don Giese of Chamberlain, SD, Jim Kenton (Carol) of Ames, IA. and Judi Kenton of Carrollton, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be directed to Avera Hospice or the Holy Family Catholic Church.
