James Radke Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Radke of Mitchell, South Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on May 3, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Radke and Josephine Neubel Radke; his wife Grace Wermers; his sister Dorene; and his sister-in-law Linda.

He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Adema (Loren) of Sioux Falls, Lisa Mehlhaff (Scott) of Sioux Falls and Kathy Massa (Jim) of Winner; his siblings, Paul Radke, Denny Radke (Mary Jo) and Kay Birrcher (Barra); and his niece Jean Nelson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to John Paul II Elementary School, LifeQuest, Abbott House, or the VFW.
