With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Normile Miles of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on February 12, 2022 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence C. Wind Jr.; his siblings, Suzie Normile (Wind) and Vilas Hopkins Jr.; and his nephew Anthony Gourneau. He is survived by: his mother Clarice M. Wind (Track); his sons, Wakan and James; his adoptive parents, Mike Normile and Mary Normile; and his siblings, Neva (Harold), Anna (Heath), Crystal (Ken) and Arnold Hopkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
