He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pierson and Florence Pierson (Setterstrom); his wife Margaret; and his sisters, Evelyn and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Pierson (Mary) of Hastings, MN, Kelli Helm (Timothy) and Scott Pierson (Julie); and his siblings, Dan Pierson of Washougal, WA and Deanna Powers of Mitchell, SD. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
