He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Durfey; his children, Pamela Moke (Dale), Patti Boomsma (Kenny), Perry Titze and Penny Tilton (Tony); his grandchildren, Matthew Boomsma (Lindsey), Nicole Jones (Jake), Justin Boomsma (Morgan), Kardell Boomsma (Shelby), Austin Tilton (Bailey), Alexis Tilton (Colby), Kristopher Moke and Randy Faber (Becky); his sister Janis Gerlach (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Carol Metzger (Harvey). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
