With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harlan Phinney of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on March 22, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton T. Phinney and Elsie V. Bitterman; and his brothers, Doug and Craig. He is survived by: his children, Kim Mostek (Mark) of Broomfield, CO, Scott Phinney (Julie) of Springfield, IL and Mark Phinney (Kathy) of Appleton, WI; his sister Judy Kaufman (Lyle); and his sisters-in-law, Peg and Shirley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
