He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Ruark and Ardis Ruark; his wife Colleen Hurlburt; his daughter Ciciley Ruark Basse (Brennan Basse); his grandchildren, Jayci, Jessen, Dallon and Dayton of Thermopolis, WY; and his sister Robin Ruark. He was also cherished by cousins, nephews and nieces.
