It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Franks (Mitchell, South Dakota), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Rubert and Leah Rubert (Doty); her children, Myrna Oehlerking of Mitchell, SD, Jerilyn Weber, Jim Franks (Buff) and Joel Franks (Tracy); her husband Bud; and her son-in-law Dan Weber. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
