She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Bethel" Cunningham and Gladys Cunningham (Wilson); her husband William North; and her siblings, LaVera Peta, Grace Jennings and Dan Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Captain Timothy North (Captain Peggy) and Marie Kurth (Randy); and her grandchildren, Erik Kurth (Becky), Bryanna Kurth, Ashton Hollis (Chris), Bradley North (Kelly), Captain Nathan North (Captain Katelyn) and Jeannette North. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Will Funeral Chapel (210 E Green Dr, Mitchell, SD 57301). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Salvation Army Church (724 N Sanborn Blvd, Mitchell, SD 57301). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Graceland Cemetery (600 W 23rd Ave, Mitchell, SD 57301).
