It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Geisler of Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Geisler and Margaret Geisler (Degan); his granddaughter Michelle Fuerniss; his great grandchild Jacob Kolousek; and his siblings, Mathias, Leo, Joseph, Rose Geisler, Marie Gau and Ann Geisler.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille (Stunes); and his children, Teresa Sullivan (John) of Mitchell, Elaine Fuerniss (Charles) of Paris, KY, Betty Guindon (Skip) of Plankinton, SD, Cynthia Rounds (Darold) of Wessington Springs, SD, Mary Lee (Roger) of De Smet, SD and Thomas Geisler of St. Peters, MN. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren.
