Elmer Herrmann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Herrmann of Mitchell, South Dakota, born in Dimock, South Dakota, who passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elmer Herrmann to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Herrmann and Mary Herrmann; his wife Joanne Herrmann (Livingston); and his siblings, Donald Herrmann, Florence Reinartz, Josephine Puetz, Virginia Hall and Jim Herrmann.
He is survived by: his children, William Herrmann (Cynthia) of Ashville, NC, Brian Herrmann (Dolly) of Sioux Falls, SD and Julie Brown (Alan) of Calera, OK; and his siblings, Marie Gordon of Sioux Falls and Charles Herrmann (Shirley) of Mitchell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
